I got my first motorcycle when I was 16 years old. I rode from 1966 until 1990 on 4 different bikes and several different helmets. I just started riding again in 2003. My Mono Xw is the best thing I ever strapped to my head. The inventive design is unique and very practical. This helmet is light, the peripheral view is unhindered and the lining and strap are very comfortable. I thought the sun visor would interfere with my corrective lenses, but no it works great. Everyone wnats to know where I got it. I am one satisfied customer. Thanks

About 6 weeks ago, I had the misfortune of being involved in a serious
accident on I-77 north of Charlotte NC.
Although I sustained internal and external injuries and my clothing was
shredded, the Mono Convertible helmet protected my head completely. The
helmet itself was pretty well destroyed which attests to its protective
capabilities.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend one of these helmets to anyone and I will
be purchasing a new one as soon as I am able to ride again.

I just completed the Butt Lite III ? 7 days/7000 plus miles. Was a great ride.
I lived in the JAROW helmet for 20-24 hours a day for 7 days. The fit and function are great-believe me any little problem/annoyance turns into a big problem when you are wearing a helmet that long day after day. The helmet fits my head, is very comfortable, has ample space for my headset, and is reasonably quiet.

The one touch release for the chin bar makes it quick and easy to raise for taking pictures or speaking with others. The optional tinted shield is a blessing in the Arizona sun ? providing clear glare free viewing even during the brightest part of the day. Also the shield positively stays in place when partially open which is more than I can say about some helmets which cost twice as much.


I had the misfortune of doing an impact test of the helmet last fall ? I struck a cow and slammed into the pavement at 50 mph. The helmet saved my head to say the least. The chin bar stayed in place on impact and the liner absorbed the impact which was enough to make the helmet fit pretty loose afterwards.
I appreciate the support from Protec Q ? and do not at all hesitate to pass on the good word about the fine functional products they provide for our riding comfort.

I prefer a flip-up helmet for a whole bunch of reasons, and have put many miles on a Shoei Duotec, Nolan, and most recently on the highly acclaimed Schuberth Concept. I had noise issues with all of them. The Schuberth not only had noise issues, but despite a great fit, had several other problems that were unsolvable with ear plugs. The face shield slammed shut at even moderate speeds... from ANY position…whether it was dirty or not. Even though it claims great venting, the heat build-up inside the clear (and only available) shield was unbearable! It also leaked, allowing water to collect in the chin piece until I risked drowning!

The fit on the Jarow is excellent...snug, but with no pressure points. Its weight and aerodynamic shape are comfortable even with no windshield on my K100RS. I was able to get both a clear non-fog shield (which DOES NOT fog up in any weather conditions!) AND iridium reflective shield which eliminates both the sun-loading AND blocks UV to keep me from getting a sunburned face! It is easy enough to switch between the shields.

Am I happy? Ubetcha!!! After 20K miles on my Arrow I'm looking forward to many, many more safe AND comfortable miles!

I recently finished the Kyle Petty charity ride across America and I’m happy to report that my new Jarow mono-convertible helmet did a great job. The Jarow was comfortable and very rider friendly to operate. This is truly the way to go. While it was very hot riding across America the helmet kept cool and air flow was more than adequate. I really enjoy the ability to change 3/4 open-face or flip full-face in a matter of minutes. The arrow gives me one helmet for all seasons. This is logical and economical which saves me money. Your prices are very affordable and your staff is second to none when it comes to being helpful and informative.

I'm a N.C. highway patrol motorcycle trooper and would be interested in testing this helmet for our unit. I believe your helmet would give us considerable flexibility for year round riding.
